T.A.L.K. Therapy is a unique blend of expertise and real-life experience that allows me to deliver direct, practical insights with respect and humility. My name is Jeremy McCall, and I am a therapist who is direct, understanding, and realistic when helping clients reach their full potential.
T – Teach
Teaching is a collaborative experience with Jeremy to develop skills, strategies, and proven techniques to fit your lifestyle.
A – Advocate
Build confidence and learn to speak up for yourself so others will listen. I help you enhance your presence and voice!

Actively hear, understand, and validate thoughts, feelings, and experiences without judgment.

We will get to understand you, your triggers, strengths, and areas for growth.
THERE ARE TWO WAYS TO TALK
I am a traditional clinical therapist who helps individuals, couples, and families navigate life's many challenges with a nontraditional approach. Clients seek support to manage anxiety, depression, ADD/ADHD, improve communication skills, and develop new behavior patterns to alleviate stress.
I am also a Certified Mental Performance Coach for athletes of all ages and abilities. In this capacity, I provide mental wellness and performance coaching for athletes to enhance every aspect of their mental game (meditation and visualization, building confidence, performance anxiety, injury recovery, team transitions, and conflicts with teammates or coaches, etc.). Before, during, and well after the game is over, I provide life coaching and post-career transition planning.
